Esther specializes in risk management, project management, governance, and strategy, and holds a Master’s in Banking and Business Information Systems from the University of Sydney, along with CPA certification and executive training from Harvard Business School

Leonard is the Director of ADC Tanzania Ltd and Programme Director for the USADF Programme. A founding member of ADC Rwanda and INNOVEX, he is a CPA-PP and Certified Project Manager with over 25+ years of consultancy experience across Eastern Africa. Leonard has worked with major donors and institutions, sits on several Boards, and holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Dar es Salaam, along with executive training from Harvard and the Institute of Social Studies in The Hague

Devotha Minzi is a Director at ADC Tanzania Ltd with over 30+ years of experience at the Bank of Tanzania, where she rose to Senior Economist. She holds a Master’s in Economics from Youngstown State University and is a Certified Director by the Institute of Directors (UK). Devotha is currently a Board Member of the Tanzania Tax Revenue Appeals Board and Chairperson of K-Finance, an award-winning microfinance institution.
