USADF-TEF Youth Entrepreneurs Programme

The Tony Elumelu Foundation (TEF) has donated over $85 million to 18,000 entrepreneurs, empowering them to bring their ideas to life and tackle some of the continent's most pressing challenges. In collaboration with the United States African Development Foundation (USADF) and with support from ADC-Tanzania, TEF has selected 55 Tanzanian entrepreneurs from a vast pool of applicants spanning all 54 African nations. Notably, 58% of these beneficiaries are women entrepreneurs, each receiving a non-refundable grant of $5,000 to support their ventures.

Through this initiative, The Tony Elumelu Foundation, in partnership with ADC-Tanzania and USADF, is driving economic transformation by equipping Tanzanian entrepreneurs with the funding, skills, and networks needed to scale their businesses and contribute to Africa's development.
